What a splendid display of fireworks!
Labour Day Fireworks at Cedar Beach, Musselman’s Lake
By Charlene Jones
Who gets to sit on their dock and watch a powerful display of fireworks in the air and the water? We do.
Friends joined us from Claremont and Whitby to share in this, one of the many extraordinary moments supplied by living on Musselman’s Lake.
Thanks go out from our hearts to the owner/operators of Cedar Beach and to the talents of Pyromaniacs for putting on this celebration of the last of summer, the first of fall.
On Sunday September 6th, 2015 at dusk, Cedar Beach is once again ending the summer season with a BANG!
Cedar Beach Season Ending Fireworks Display
This display is their exciting way of saying THANK-YOU! to their patrons for the business and to the residents for their support.
Patrons are invited to gather on the beach and residents are encouraged to view the outstanding display from the many vantage points on the shore or from their boats. Boaters are encouraged to cruise slowly to reduce the effect of waves and to stay close to the shoreline away from the Fireworks Launching Barge for safety.
Note to Boaters:
The display will be set up on a barge and towed to the middle of the Lake. Once the barge is in place please keep your boating activity to cruising around the perimeter of the Lake and also keep your boat wake to a minimum. There will be boats out BEFORE the display at dusk to help you maintain a safe distance from the barge and the fireworks.
LET’S ALL BE SAFE and HAVE A GREAT TIME!
